The room at first glance looks average. The air condition works...and then it all goes downhill from there. The WiFi gets 1/2 a signal. The "non-smoking" room has an ash tray. The hot water in the shower does not work. There is no shower pressure anyway. The beds are uncomfortable and the blanket is as thin as the sheet. Not to mention itchy. The towels are the size of dish rags. The chairs are close to breaking in half. There are also flys. Do not stay here. By any means.

Places like these are cheap indeed. You can not beat $50 a night to stay in a place that first off, smells like horse crap and secondly, seems as though no one maintains the place. We were shocked to see that not only were all the tvs and furniture looked like they have been purchased from yard sales, but our room had two, old tv's in it. I guess it was for the picture in picture option. Would have been something if they both worked! Talk about a bunch of lazy workers. The lot is filthy, so are the rooms. The place needs a complete makeover, but would probably do a lot better if it was just completely removed off of the map.
But overall, great place to stay if you have no money and are in die hard need of getting a little you know what action! Oh yeah, lets not forget the other intresting looking tenants that will be joing you as your neighbour for a night or so! P.S. you might want to bring a little protection.....to sleep in! To prevent you from catching something.

Want to catch a disease? Then Mayfair is the place for you! I've seen dirty hotels and heard of dirty hotels, but this is by FAR the NASTIEST, SMELLIEST, DIRTIEST hotel I've ever been to!!!! The front desk clerk had no customer service skills at all, I guess because he's the manager's son, he doesn't need to worry about any complaints because his job would never be in jeopardy. There was dangerous, old, t.v. set that had been taken apart right outside the room door that my 3 year old almost got hurt on and when asked why they hadn't got rid of it yet, their response was that they hadn't gotten around to it. When we entered the room, the smell of god knows what fills your lungs and then my 7 year old son proceeded to stick his hand in a wad of gum that was plastered to the bed spread - obviously not even close to being clean. The bathroom had little peices of trash on the floor, and there was one small trash can, that I had to go searching for because it was behind the enterance door, I guess it's to expensive to put one in the bathroom as well. Of course I asked for my money back and got a reply that there were no refunds because people go there all the time and only stay for 30 minutes. So, after the assumtion from the managers son that I was a prostitute trying to get my money back, I had to fight for the other 2 nights that my husband had already paid for back. EWWW!! Please do not EVER even look at this place... the only patronage it deserves is from the bulldozer ripping it down!
