The TV in our room had horrible color. We tried to adjust the contrast, etc., but nothing worked. The cable was also very fuzzy.

The hotel is in somewhat of a shady area. It was evident by the crime watch sign posted on the premises.

There was also a ragged-looking ironing board, but no iron...

We don't think they offered breakfast, but if they did, I'm sure it wasn't worth eating.

There is also a closed down restaurant attached to the hotel.

Basically, if you're looking for a cheap, cruddy hotel, this is the place for you.

We always stay at choice hotels. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. They should take it off their list. The room was larged, king size bed, old mattress, not a good night sleep. The air conditioner temp control button was broken, so it was either freezing when it was on, or hot when it was off, no inbetween. The carpet was worn through in places, it reaked of smoke smell. The bathtub was painted and was slick when showering. The bathroom sink acutally had chipped places all over it and the sink top had numerous cigarette burns all over it. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, but the sheets and towels did look clean. The tv was so snowy I could hardly watch it. The last straw was this morning when we went to the continental breakfast. Would you believe they served Little Debbie nutty buddies and oatmeal cookies? Well they did. They had dry cereal, like cornflakes, and cherrio's. No juice, just coffee. Oh yeah I forgot they had plain bagels, cut in half. I would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in the back of my SUV.

Night before Thanksgiving, the elevator was out but they upgraded my room and had me on the 1st floor. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Was woken up several times by sirens and trains- but this is the city near an airport so it wasn't a problem. Skip the complimentary breakfast as the juice tasted old and I didn't bother trying the cereal.
The airport shuttle was pleasant and on time. When I return, just call the number on the business card and they'll pick us up, too.

This hotel was in a great location. Close to downtown charlotte. I was very easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. I caught the hotel shuttle at the airport and went straight there. The wi-fi was good. I paid next to nothing for a whole lot. Plus I got breakfast. Service was good and my room was pretty clean. Great place. I will be back when the panther's play the falcons!
