This motel showd up on the GPS as America's Best Value Inn. Looks like the Buget Inn sign was pretty new. The room was pretty out dated and sheets and linens were pretty worn. The Front office was still not open to get a cup of coffee at 8 am. and the conveinence store accoss the street which looked like a jail due to all the steel bars over the windows and doors. They didn't have coffee made and didn't offer to make any. I woultd not recommend this place for a family or couples stay over, Maybe for a construction crew or such looking for a cheap place to stay while on a job would be fine.

We was too tried to drive back home and we check out a few motels and when we stop here the owners was very nice and gave us a discount on the room. Our room was clean, cleans sheets and etc. It's not a fancy hotel and you should request a room on the front. It will get you by for a night. It was also quiet. It's also in an urban area. The owners made the different.

A hotel that mostly caters to locals and weekly renters. Does have a large parking area that can hold semis easily. Area around hotel very low income/ urban. Independance Blvd, a six lane hiway runs directly in front of hotel. For best rooms , I would advise staying in the front as the back is mostly used for weeklys.
