Was checked in a smoking roon told non smoking, when got to room so smokey I needed a hazmat team, room old, ac/heat noisey, old and dirty. Manager had room sprayed down to reduce smoke.... promised a uograde the next day since hotel was booked solid, Next door was told they were out of suite upgrades but gave me a better room per them. Opened door and dirty sheets still in floor, heat would not work, curtain halfway off rod and bed coverings look like some one has wrinkled them on purpose. No remote. Manintence came and fixed heat, and curtain I ask about beds covering. He said iron or presser has been broken for some time. He also said laid off 100 employees in Dec and another hotel property taking over. I stay over week and only once was the room attempted to be clean,

Hotel getting dated. Business Room is way out of touch. the computer must be ancient, it does not have adobe on it and other than checking in and printing a boarding pass all you can do is surf the net if you have hours to kill. (computer is a snail) The TV in my room had more snow on it that Mt Rushmore. My colegues room's TV was the same. People were friendly and very courteous.

I stay here several times a year on business and the staff has always been the best. They appreciate their customers and always make you feel welcome.

When they say it's an airport hotel, they mean it! The planes skim the roof of the building, so if you're on the top floor, use earplugs. Fortunately, we had an Exec Rm on the ground floor and were saved from the noise. Also I think these rooms are in better condition than some of the others. Some of the Reception staff can do with more training in how they welcome guests. But I guess you pay for what you get...
