I was staying there for a seminar and was a bit put out to realize that it would be a Holiday Inn since I am not a fan of the brand. Nonetheless I tried to go there with an open mind and was actually quite pleased until the last couple of days of the six night stay.
Good points first - The hotel is very close to the airport - you can be there in ten minutes or less. Secondly, there is a free shuttle and it comes very quickly when you call the hotel. Thirdly, the hotel restaurant is good for an airport hotel. They have quite a bit of choice and the meals that I had were all very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant in general was efficient - meals came when they were supposed to and the staff was quite friendly and helpful.
However the housekeeping in this hotel is horrible! The rooms don't seem to be cleaned properly and towards the end of my stay the housekeeping service declined even further. One day my room simply was not made up although the attendant had obviously entered and cleared out my room service tray. On other nights some bath linen was missing. This is an older hotel and seems a bit dated so it does not need for the housekeeping to fail. On another note I didn't hear a lot of noise from planes in my room but in the meeting rooms on the first floor it is quite loud and it is a busy airport!
