I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was great! But no apparently there is a new manager Wanda. I approached her with the bed bug problem and she was the most rude person I have ever encountered in my life! I was put in room 218. There were bed bugs all over the matress, you could actually see them crawling. When at the front desk making my complaint I saw a list that said "ROOMS TO SPRAY FOR BED BUGS" There were probably 15 rooms on that list! This hotel has went down hill and I cannot believe that "RAMADA" would let there name be used at a place like that!!!!!!!!

i and many of my friends have stayed at this hotel for almost 7 years due to its location to a local business. the old staff was incredible and very accomidating, yet this new staff is like dealing with children. the general manager doesnt seem to have a clue on how to deal with customer service and her employees.
i have used the hotel 3 times over the past 2 months and every single time there is some issue...either the front desk is clueless on what rooms are available or items are missing out of rooms. billing is a nightmare, they do not even know who, what , when,where, or why rooms are paid.
since the old staff left, this hotel has turned into a dump with a cheap nasty feel to it.
i will not be back, nor will anyone i know....they just lost alot of business from us.....i hope the owner/owners can get a grip on this soon.
also, the amusing thing is that after staying here so many years, some of the new staff has even lied about policies and time they have been here, thinking that we do not know the way things were.....very sad indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is nothing to write home about. It is very convenient to the Airport. The rooms are dated and worn but clean. The outstanding thing was the staff! All of them were very friendly and willing to help in any way.

This place was awful! There are many people living at this hotel, including a gaggle of employees. There are people renting rooms for just a couple of hours. The rooms are disgusting. The air conditioners are ancient. I had to switch rooms because the air conditioner was rattling the windows. In the next room, the cable tv didn't work. When I asked about this, I was told that an employee had lived in the room and had stolen the tv cable when she left. I was told this by the GM of the hotel! This manager was also yelling at a guest that actually lived at the hotel, telling him to pick up garbage that was on the ground outside of his room and ordering him to stay in his room. What kind of place is this?!!! In defense of the two front desk workers that helped me, they were courteous and apologetic. Everything else at this hotel is a nightmare. It should be shut down. Two police units were at this hotel twice in 12 hours. Stay away!
