Unfortunately, one cannot always pick where they stay when the company is footing the bill. And over a year of staying periodically, things deteriorated instead of improved. While some of the staff was polite and professional and some very amiable, the general manager left one feeling like you were a nuisance and not a guest.
Slow internet (cable) and no wifi (even though mgmnt repeatedly said they were working on it), rental car broken into several times (several different visits) and then personal vehicle, (the security that roams the area does not work for the hotel), attempted break-in on a friends room, not enough kitchen utensils/etc. Rooms were clean but hallways and stairwells were dirty, broken elevator (either not working at all or not working properly).
The only thing that made this hotel pleasant was some of the staff members who worked the desk, the bar/kitchen/dining area and a asst managers.
When complaints were addressed to the general manager, nothing was really resolved and when thefts occurred, they were met with "we are not responsible".
Thankfully, our company found better accomodations.

Bid $50 on priceline and got this $169 per night room. Sweet! Hotel was clean, just fine in a nice area. Not sure where some of these people are coming from on here

I travel often and business and seek out hotels that are newer and located within walking distances of nice places to eat. This hotel fit the bill on all acounts. It was weel kept, clean and tidy. There is a nice entertainment district within a blocks walking distance.

We stayed this previous weekend, while in town for a concert and loved the hotel. We had no complaints at all. The breakfast provided is awesome! not just a contintental breakfast but a full on buffet style breakfast. Our room was spacious and very clean, the beds very comfortable. And the staff was very nice. They even let us have a little later check out. I think it is an awesome place, in a very safe clean area. close to many nice resturants and the mall.
