I stayed in this hotel in November 2011. Let's just say the stay was a complete comedy of errors. First, I have to admit the room was nice. It was actually two rooms combined in to one - so it had a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms. Quite nice. However, the "master" bath had hair in the sink at check-in. Not a huge deal to me, stuff happens, but it did cause pause over how well the bathrooms had been cleaned. Then they thought I didn't answer a wake-up call (which I had) so security entered my room in the morning (WOW!). Then to top it off, they lost my breakfast order. I complained and was given "points" toward another stay that I never received and their customer support people are useless. We will never stay here again.
