Very good value for the price. location is ideal for me on this trip only. Room is tight but very functional. Internet speed mediocre but wired and wireless are available. Mini kitchen is convenient. Digital TV set but no digital tv signal so picture quality is poor. Limited channel selection. Bed in 413 very comfortable. Noise travel between rooms easily so you'll want to move if there is a party next door. Tiny closet that could barely hold my full-size suitcase on it's side. Toilet and shower separated from vanity/lav, a nice feature. Bathroom fan on it's own switch - a benefit. Curved shower curtain for more room and adjustable shower head. Very quiet heating system. Good size desk with adjustable chair but need to move 1/2way into sitting area to see TV while you work. Bugfree! business center is very small. Lots of lamps so no shortage of light in the room. ceiling fan over desk/kitchen area is a nice feature. Complementary breakfast is OK but quite varied (6 cereals, eggs, sausage, pastries, bagels, u-cook waffles, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Small concession selling frozen food (weight watchers, hot pockets), candy, chips, and a good variety of drinks, but expensive. For convenience bring a portable power strip for your laptop and chargers. Overall a very good value and recommended.
