From booking our room to checking out, we were pleased with the excellence of service and facilities!! After a busy Christmas day, we checked into the hotel and were greeted in a friendly manner and were amazed at the decorations and modern, friendly feel of the lobby area! The price of our suite was very reasonable...lower price than we expected! Up we went to the third floor, down the clean, fresh hallway with a beautifully clean carpet, until we found our Room 349. Wow! What a pleasant surprise---nice bar with chairs, nice desk with free internet, kitchen equipped with sparkling dishes, glassware, and silverware---there was even a 12 cup coffee pot, coffee, and containers of a variety of sweeteners and creamers!! Microwave and refrigerator completed the clean, well-equiped kitchen area. The separate bedroom was welcoming, clean vanity area, and super clean tub and toilet. No complaints about anything. Staybridge Suites will be my "home away from home" from now on when I am in Charlotte!!!

Stayed for one night after doing my research on Tripadvisor. From the glowing reviews I read, the property did not disappoint! I received a friendly greeting upon check-in and also was given a goody-bag, and an upgrade to a one bedroom suite! Room was clean and up to date. Plenty of parking. Spent a relaxing evening with some take out and slept well. The hotel is located inside a business park well off the highway but the park has shopping and dining within walking distance to the hotel such as CVS and 5 Guys and Starbucks to name just a few. The best Staybridge I have ever stayed in! Sorry I cannot comment about any other amenities as my stay was short and I arrived after sunset. I will stay again!

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, the bed is so comfortable, I just love it. This is the only hotel I will stay in at in Charlotte. They always welcome me back with a smile that says they mean it, not that they have to say it. The morning breakfast is great, fresh food, good selection and lots of hot tea. The sundowner reception is always surprising. I have had dinner there instead of going out- which is great when you have work to do. I want to bring that hotel home with me!

It is so nice to arrive at one of these properties and to know that you are going to have a nice stay. When we visit a new destination, I always check to see if there is a Staybridge Suites locally.
It was really good to arrive in the room with all the amenities, including those things that you have to pay for at similar properties especially after a few nights with another chain where the service and facilities were indifferent.
All the staff was friendly, we were booked in by a trainee but she was well supported and the staff at breakfast was very helpful..
There is a nice little entertainment centre 2 blocks away with good restaurants.
