I booked a room here thinking the extra space would make it easier since i have a newborn daughter. The room was much smaller than expected it was the size of a budget motel room. The room was clean I have no complaints there. The staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was great. Will not stay again because it is not a good value. Wireless is not free it is 4.99 extra. For a hotel in this price range that to me is a deal breaker. The Charlotte airport has free wireless and so should this hotel. There are much better values in this area..

If you are planning to stay in this hotel you should be aware that there are not too much things to do around. If you are not travelling by car, then I recommend to choose another place to stay. The rooms are clean, the room service staff is good and hard working people that makes a great job. You can cook you own meals, and the Internet service is recommended only if you are staying a long period of time.

Stayed here when a flight was canceled... Hair in bathtub. hair on sheets, towels stained with yellow spots, loud cars driving around the parking lot all night, zero sleep. Put your $35 towards a cleaner hotel, worth paying more to not stay here.

I have stayed here 4 weeks on business. Every time I have found hair on the towels in the bathroom or on my pillow. They do have wireless internet, but it is TERRIBLE. If you are traveling on business and need to get some work done online, don't expect to get any work done in your hotel room.
