Nice room and staff, convenient location to I77 and Lynx

Staff was courteous and very helpful. They're all genuinely kind people who were eager to make my stay perfect. My room was immaculate. My 3 year old was excited to watch the movie Shrek that Theresa picked out for us. On Halloween Charlie had candy ready for my son as well. I didn't hear any other rooms making noise and the air conditioner/heater was very quiet unlike some hotels. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The location was convenient and right off the highway surrounded by trees and secluded behind some local businesses/restaurants so we didn't hear any highway noise. I arrived at night and it was somewhat hard to find the hotel at first but Theresa gave me directions and then I felt really dumb because it was so easy to find. Kevin and Nancy were both pleasant to talk to as well and overall the stay couldn't have been any better. The hotel was awesome and if you want to stay somewhere clean, with great staff and a perfect location... this is it!

I'll make it short and simple.

We attend conventions in various US cities 4 times a year and Charlotte is one of them.
The room had a full kitchen with all utensils and all equipment (microwave, full size refrigerator and an electric range). It was clean and had complimentary high speed internet. Parking was also free. It is a couple of minutes from the light rail stop (in case you need to get downtown and you do not want to drive) and a highway. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

How can you beat all that for the price under $100?

It's ten (10) minutes from downtown Charlotte. It's clean, spacious, free parking, has a small store with convenience items (including ice cream). The staff are GREAT and the price can't be beat ! I am usually a "price snob" and won't make a reservation under $200/day. But, I needed a full size refrigerator for product we were displaying at a local conference. What a pleasant surprise. There really are great places to stay under $100/day and this is one of them. Give up the $20/day valet parking, $50.00 room service breakfast, and the copy of USA Today that you never read anyway. Try this hotel, you won't be sorry.
