“Ramshackle and making you sick”

After a few hours only my eyey were burning, my throat sore, there was a horrible stench in the rooms (I checked more than one on the next morning). Also bathroom fan (not far from bed) runs 24/7 and makes some walls shaking. Most ramshackle room I have ever seen, kitchen dirty when I checked in, bathroom had a lot of mouldy spots. - Manager pretended to never have heard of the stench but I see from a review here that this problem existed in 2007 already. - If you still want to go, the long-term rates are attractive and they let you workout at a gym not too far away.

“Great accommodations and a friendly face”

We went to Charlotte to attend a concert and stayed at the Extended Stay Pineville overnight. The room was very comfortable and very clean. After attending the concert, it was nice to know that we had a very nice room to go back to.

“Very Pleasant Stay”

Awesome staff and they were very helpful. The room was cozy and very clean. Also the grounds were kept very well.

This hotel was in a very good location. The staff is friendly and the rooms were comfortable & clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay long term.

“Worse Housekeeping”

Their housekeeping were the worse I ever seen. Only clean your room once a week. Their job was just change bedsheet, throw rubbish and waiting you give them tips. Even your plate and cup in your small kitchen, they also dont bother help u to clean.

Sofa also old and dirty. You even feel whole body itchy after sit in their sofa.

Breakfast too lousy.

Location can consideration good. Staffs attitude quite good.
