Nice large, clean room....Very friendly, helpful front desk personel...both morning and evening.
The room was clean, and large. The hotel layout is different, but didn't bother us.

I arrived and entered the hallway to weird smells and two buckets catching leaks from the ceiling. The hotel room was basically clean, but I would not stay here again.

Located among several first class hotels in an executive park, the location is safe and secure. While this is more of a "no-frills" location the rooms are very clean, the staff is knowledgeble and friendly and the location is convient to the airport area of Charlotte.
This is a three story facility with smoking allowed on the first floor only and I did not notice any smell above that floor, however if you are using the laundry or the fittness room you will be in the middle of "Smoke City".
If bringing a large amount of luggage, know that no elevators are availabe.

I visited Charlotte for a wedding at the Hilton Executive Plaza. I was fortunate to locate this Extended Stay - StudioPlus. We had a queen size suite with a kitchen (stove (with oven and 4 burners), refrig (normal size), microwave. The even had cooking utensils in cabinets along with dish towels. But, the best part was the room was absolutely spotless and the hotel itself had a very pleasant odor. And, the location of this hotel being within walking distance of the Hilton was great. This hotel is surrounded with beautiful, well kept shrubberies that afforded you privacy. And, I got a superb rate! No, it did not cost me $100 plus dollars a night; it was half price. I have stayed in a number of hotels costing much, much more and did not enjoy myself as much as I did at this hotel. I made a great decision when I registered at this hotel. I look forward to my next outing at one of these Studio-Plus hotels.
