Being on the road 6 months out of the year, I often wonder what has happened to customer service. It never ceases to amaze me how hotel staff seem to think that we, the occupant, are bothering them by staying at their hotel. This is NOT true here. I have to say this is the best in customer service I have received in a very long. Check in was quick and easy. The manager and front desk staff were both at the desk when I came in. While checking in, the MANAGER asked if I was staying on business or pleasure. I explained I travel to a new city each week. She asked where I was going the following week and volunteered to call the hotel and make my reservation. How awesome! Later in the week, I passed the front desk staff in the hallway. She actually called me by name, asked how my stay was going, and if there was anything she could do to help make it better. This was the way the whole staff was at the hotel-Always called me by my name and wanted to know if they could do ANYTHING. Upon check out the manager gave me the information on my next reservation. The following day, I received a phone call from the manager. She wanted to make sure I had arrived safetly and that the accomodations were to my liking. How Awesome!
If you travel and miss Customer Service-stay here, you will be impressed.
BTW...The room was good. The bed was comfortable along with a sofa and full kitchen.
