Prime location in the middle of good food, bars, stores, and the Atlantic Ocean. Once you park your car, you really don't need to move it. The pool is great. The clerks are excellent-Tim is the man. It's quiet and "rustic". The outside blue carpet needs cleaning. Wear flops or sandals on the blue carpet or your room kitchen floor will be black. It needs a little work but I like places like that. Enjoy.

Very Filthy place. It looks like an abundant second world war concentration camp.
Windows have no decent curtains, the dirty stinky water is standing on the backyard. I don't know where are the public health controllers at this time?????
The whole city must be a corrupt location!!!

We Were down there over the week-end of July 16-18. This was our first time at this one at Carolina Beach, it was not worth the money we payed for two nights, there were drinking going on at the pool and swearing that I had to bring my child out of the pool, and I will never stay there again. And the matteress were old and stained. Not a good place to take children. And we were woke up at 2:00 in the morning because of party goers.

We called 1 week ahead and reserved a room for the following weekend. Upon arrival they had us coming the wrong weekend, so we didnt get the room we thought. They put us in an upgraded room. WELL I wonder how bad it was because our upgrade was a dump. We asked for a full kitchen because we intended to cook breakfast. There was no frying pan, 1 coffee cup, no bowl to scramble eggs in, no spatula, the oven
wouldnt stay off, the one and only knife they had the handle fell off while trying to cut a tomato,no cover over the light fixtures, the toliet wouldnt flush, and it rocked while you were on it. The bed looked as old as the place did, when i went to put my clothes in the dresser the front fell off. No curtains on the windows just a blind and they kept the lights on all night so if you wanted it dark to sleep forget that.
And although we didnt see any the people next to us said they had roaches on their ceiling. I wouldnt recommend this place to dogs. The tub was so slick from not being cleaned I almost slipped and fell.
