This place was TINY, making it extremely annoying given the heat. The website is misleading in the fact that the motel is not on the boardwalk. Honestly though, I could have dealt with the closet-sized room and long walk to the boardwalk. The thing that really made this trip miserable was the fact that one of the owners was the most unpleasant and unaccommodating woman I have ever come in contact with.

The parking lot was nearly empty when we had checked out at about 10:50 (11a.m.). I wanted to take one last dip in the pool and at 11 and this lady comes waddling out yelling: "11 o'clock check out means get off the premises at 11 o'clock!!" It was SO uncalled for, but I wasn't surprised considering how unfriendly and unhelpful she was the whole stay. My friend and I respectfully left the parking lot at 11:03, shocked and appalled.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS TYPE OF PERSON BUSINESS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS.

Pros: This room had double beds with a small lil desk and very nice mirowave and small fridge, which both were very clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way to help. Location...well this depends on if your family goes to bed before 12am. The band playing next door on Friday & Saturday nights play untill 12am. This is a great location if you wanna sit on the patio and listen to muisc and drink, but if you have kids that need to be in the bed early, than this prob isn't the best location. Cons: The room is way toooooo small...We had 2 adults and 1child in this room and it was way way to close. The bathroom is very very small. Sink only w/ no counter space, had to do my hair and make up on top of the mirowave...lol!!! It's a cute lil room for 2 in love adults who really enjoy spending time with each other. Hope this review helps!!!

We stayed in room #16 at the SeaWitch from February 25 - 27, 2011. Our room consisted of a full-sized bed, bedside table, a desk, and a cabinet with a fridge built into it and a microwave on top. There was a small recessed space next to the door that served as a closet. The bathroom had a small shower, sink and toilet. There was a full-sized mirror in the bathroom, but no counter space.

The room itself was small but very clean. You could see recent vacuum marks, and the room smelled nice, like some kind of cleaner. The fridge and microwave were both spotless, and looked brand new.

The pool looked very well-maintained, although it was too chilly for swimming. The location is great, especially if you are planning on hitting any of the local bars. Everything is within walking distance. The SeaWitch Cafe across the street has great food. The Dive and the Fat Pelican are both great bars to hang out for a few beers.

If you are planning on hitting the beach and not spending a lot of time at your hotel, then I would definitely recommend the SeaWitch. All we wanted was somewhere to put our stuff, shower and sleep that was clean. The SeaWitch delivered that at a great price.

The hotel only had a few guests when we were there, and I imagine that during the high season it probably gets loud in that area. It's not a dealbreaker; just something to be aware of. But even knowing that we will definitely be staying at the SeaWitch again.

VERY clean, the owners (twin sisters) were there on site. Very friendly and helpful offering breakfast suggestions. All new beds (comfortable) were bought in May 2010. Quaint little place and very reasonable rates. LOVED IT!!
