I always stay in comfort inn hotels at least twice per month and I've come to expect a certain level at them. This hotel front desk guy was very rude and the breakfast was fit for a dog to eat.

The room was old and the shower door was on to close to the toilet so I couldn't even open it when I was taking a shower.

Not worth the amount I paid and I will not take there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights last week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew all the local attractions and restaurants and gave us discounts also. The front desk was more than helpful in every possible way. The hotel room was very modern and comfortable. New beds and comforters, and everything else in the room as well. I would definetely recommend this hotel to everyone I know that will be traveling to Maggie Valley, NC.

This hotel is not worth the high price. Our room was not very clean, we were never given enough towels, each time the cleaning person came she shut off the air conditioning and unplugged the lamps, we were asked to use the cleaning crews entrance to use the pool, the bed was uncomfortable, and our keys never worked. The front desk staff was rude and did not want to help with our complaints. The price was very expensive! We will never stay here again.
