We stayed 3 nights, slept great on a comfy bed, nice and quiet at night. It is an older, family operated (American family - complete with children) hotel with spacious rooms, a covered front porch with chairs for relaxing in the cool evening air. A great space by the river with covered picnic tables and grills for cookouts. There was a microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and toaster oven in our room. The host did provide coffee for each morning we were there. We grabbed groceries at the IGA in Bryson City, just a short drive away, so we didn't have to eat out at all. We took day trips on our Harley, came back and splashed around in the pool a bit and then relaxed by the river. It was awsome!!
We actually arrived about noon....before check-in time....but our room was clean and ready so we were allowed to check-in early - which was great since we had been on the road for 5 hrs at that point.
I'm sure we will visit Two Rivers Lodge again - it's a good central location for great motorcycle rides in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Deals Gap, Moonshiner 28 and other great roads.
