I was looking for a secluded cabin with a hot tub, so I submitted a request online. I was called back promptly, but when I explained that I had hoped for an outdoor hot tub instead of the stated indoor jacuzzi, the representative hung up on me. The photos look lovely, but if the customer service is any indication, I will never book with this property.
