Lovely and comfortable 2 bd apartments, very effective air conditioning. Great views of the beach from our balcony. Pool area needs some shade and was a little warm for January. Breakfast could have a bit more variety, but self-serve espresso machine was great!

I flew to Exmouth with my two kids, my husband travelling by car to visit clients en route in the north west. The three of us stayed in a standard room for the first night. It was a massive room, and extremely comfortable. Forgetting the Novotel chain has a pillow menu, the first night's sleep was a little uncomfortable. The next day we moved into a two bedroom apartment, as my husband arrived later that day. It was also generously sized, with an outdoor area overlooking the pool, and the ocean beyond. When we changed room, I requested different pillows, and sleep for the rest of the week was perfect. Room service was great, and the Healthy Options menu has some beautiful choices. As it was off peak season, the kids usually had the pool to themselves. Service was superb, friendly, and sometimes typically "Okker". Most relaxing holiday I've ever had.

The hotel has very good service and generally caters to one's needs. The rooms are very comfortable with most overlooking the pool, pond and with a glimpse of the sea. There is no wifi in the room and you must pay for wifi which is only available in the lobby. I took my iPad but it didn't work at all which was disappointing. The meals at the hotel are very good but expensive so we only ate there once. The beds in the room are absolutely fantastic - large and very comfortable. The sunbeds need to either have cushions on them or change the plastic ones to have something more comfortable. Also not enough umbrellas for the very hot weather. Generally a very good experience.
