We stayed at the Sea Breeze for 4 nights and had a fabulous time exploring the Cape Range National Park and Ningaloo reef. This resort is good value for money in an area which seems to be quite expensive. Our room was very spacious, had a kitchenette and was clean. We especially enjoyed the outdoor eating/BBQ area where we cooked our dinner on a couple of nights. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful in giving advice on trips to take, where to snorkel, what to see etc. They spent lots of time explaining and talking about the area to us which felt really different after spending five nights in a city hotel. We were also able to rent an esky(vital in hot weather to have cold food/drinks as there are no shops in the national park), sun shelter,and snorkelling equipment from the hotel which was really handy.

We have just returned to the UK from Australia. We spent 4 days at the Sea Breeze resort. We had a very enjoyable stay here. As every other review has pointed out, this is a motel on a working naval base and not a 5* resort. Therefore, as long as you know what to expect, this place lives up to its expectations and we actually couldn't have asked for more. The room was large, comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The room was a little musty smelling but it was clean. I take the point about fish being left in the freezer, but it would have been useful to have a small facility in the room to store ice cubes, ice lollies and freezer packs to take with us to the beach. We did make use of the communal one at reception though. The swimming pool was fabulous and suited my children completely! We did use the bbq facility as well on the first evening. It is a great facility, although there are lots of very large ants crawling all over everything and there are flies everywhere when you are trying to cook - that's nature though! As everyone else has stated, the one thing that sets this place apart from others' is the staff themselves who are incredibly helpful and provided lots of information for us. We hired the snorkels, etc there which was very handy and very reasonable. All in all,a very good value for money motel.

The Resort, placed slightly outside Exmouth, allows good access to the different beaches and snorkeling places at Australia's North Cape. Clean and well furnished rooms give good value for money and can host 3 persons per room which even includes a kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast and dinner, though breakfast as well is served by the Resort - with an excellent cafe latte!

Our stay in the Sea Breeze Resort was great!! Very helpful and also German speaking personal. Big rooms with a big fridge. A freezer will be nice to have. We will definitly stay here again and we will also recommend this resort.
