è stata veramente un'esperienza fantastica. camere accoglienti e pulitissime. Una menzione a parte la meritano i proprietari Costanzo e Teresa (veramente simpatici) che ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa di amici. E' stato un soggiorno bellissimo! Un Grazie a Constanzo e Teresa, le due persone fantastiche che hanno trasformato la nostra vacanza in sogno!!!!

We spent 2 days in this small bed & breakfast in Anacapri, and the whole trip was wonderful from A to Z. Constanzo picked us up from the port and show us everything interesting on the island. Such a beautiful experience in Capri. From the welcoming by Constanzo to Teresa invaluable knowledge of the island. They helped us make the most of our short stay in Capri. They were so friendly and nice. She explained most of what we would need to know about the island and things of interest to do and good restaurants in the area. The room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Anacapri was lovely and relaxed, much nicer than capri itself which was heaving with tourists and expensive.

Polecam serdecznie to miejsce. Teresa jest Polka, a jej maz Constanzo przemiłym Włochem. Oboje sprawili, ze nasz krótki pobyt na Capri był cudowny. Pokazali nam najciekawsze miejsca na wyspie i obwieźli wszędzie!!! Na koniec zaprosili nas na kolację!! Fantastycznie ludzie. Tadeusz również przemiły facet, który doskonale pilnuje porządku :) Pokoje bardzo czyste. śniadania.. co cóż typowe włoskie. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić. Kawa pyszna :)

For people that like to walk (well prepared walks) and be quite. Great view in a very nice surrounding. Great food (and huge swimming pool) at the resautrant close to Le Ginestre.

Only negative point : breakfeast is not outstanding, but that's the way in Italy :-)

Tips : walk to the belvedere and than down to the faro. Walk to Monte Solaro, up and down, try the walk of the forti, go and spend a lot of time in the parco filosofico near Le Ginestre

Stayed two nights last week. Costanza and Teresa are all that one could wish for in hosts. They are accomodating and pleasant. My room, one of two relatively new rooms, was small and lacked "character" not that I spent much time in the room but in other B&Bs I've stayed in there has been an attraction and coziness to the place many of which I hated to leave. My room had a small gravel sitting area with ancient plastic chairs and a small table. Costanza was/is building a stone wall on the edge of the property not 50 feet from my room and the sounds of the cement mixer and hammering went on until dark on Saturday while I was trying to catch a quick nap.The location is beautiful but even though I knew it would be a 20 minute walk to town that distance is one that becomes tedious and to be avoided four times a day. Twice is OK but if you walk back to Ginestre at the end of the day another haul into AnnaCapri for dinner is a chore. Breakfast needs some help. Some ultra dry packaged toast, a sweet piece of cake, and store bought pastry with just OK coffee and not so good orange juice could be improved with some fresh fruit and good pastry.
The Restaurant Gelsomina was very good and only steps away. This was my fourth visit to Capri and I have traveled to Italy every year at least once per year for the past 40 years staying a four star hotels, B&Bs and monastaries. If you have more than 2 days and love to walk this cold be your place.

Costanzo and Teresa were the perfect hosts with a fabulous hotel on the top of the world. I watched the mist rise with the sun and a short walk took me to the town of Anacapri via a communal walkway. The grape arbors, lemon and olive trees added to the charm. The terrace overlooked the water from high atop Anacapri and there was a fantastic restaurant with a few short steps. I felt at home here and my hosts made my stay a wonderful one.
