My wife, 8 year old son and myself stayed here for two nights in August 2011. It's about a 3 minute walk to Europa Park. Our room was very clean, appeared to be freshly painted, had A/C that worked quite well and comfortable beds. The people we dealt with...a chef/cook who might have been the owner, a bartender and two women who ran the breakfasts were all very friendly. Rust is a small town so we easily found our way to get ice cream one night. A small river/canal runs by the back of the hotel. Although we didn't get a chance to eat there we walked by the outdoor tables of the hotel restaurant and my mouth watered as I eyed the dinners that were being enjoyed. We paid about $330 total for two nights in late August. That's a great bargain compared to the Europa Park hotels. It looked like there were plenty of other guesthouses in town so I'm guessing competition keeps the prices in a fairly tight range. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also, breakfast was plentiful.
