A newer hotel. For the area it's one of the better places to stay. Room are decent and clean. Hotel staff could be better, they are indifferent towards customers. I wouldn't want to stay there over an extended period of time but for a couple of day it is more than adequate.

The title says it all. The ENTIRE hotel smells of smoke. You cannot get away from it. We stayed here last weekend for 2 nights......2 of the longest nights of my life. While the hotel is generally clean, it smells awful.
We might as well have slept on the sidewalk outside. The bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were hard as a rock.....I actually used a sweatshirt as a pillow after I couldn't take it any longer.
On a positive note.....the staff seemed friendly and the hotel seemed to be generally clean. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door, which is convenient.

I had stayed at this Microtel Inn several times over the past few years, mostly because there isn't much competition in the area. Staff are not particularly friendly, and the rooms and public areas are not particularly clean. The hotel is cheaply constructed, and is not very quiet. Lots of door slamming and loud talking in the halls, and heavy footsteps upstairs can keep me awake all night. Quiet and restful it is not.

The most serious problem with this property is their "no cancellation or changes" policy. I needed to shift my reservation by 2 weeks. I tried to make the change more than three months in advance. The hotel management, as well as the chain management, refused. I was charged for a visit I didn't make. I recommend that you not make a reservation here if there is even the most remote possibility that your plans will change.

I will go out of my way to avoid staying at this property in the future, despite the shortage of other hotel choices in the area.

fun there is a dunkin donuts right next door a grocery just up the road and a liabray and hospital a little further up and 4 gas stations 2 so have a great stay
