Staff was very friendly, room was neat and clean. doors did close very loudly. A nice pleasant experience. I will stay again next time I am in the area.

I stayed for two nights and was very im pressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendly staff. If you are not into the typical continental breakfast, Dunkin Donuts is a short walk across the parking lot

We went to Niagara Falls with a cycle group from our church. Wanted to stay in Wellsville area on our way home, and had made reservations at one of the other places since Expedia said Microtel was full. When we got to the other place we were not impressed with how shabby it was and totally deserted on a Sat. evening. We called Microtel and they had rooms! What a huge difference. Just walking into the lobby we could tell we were going to be pleased. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Even the stair wells were clean and well-kept. The staff was efficient and polite. The breakfast isn't extra special, but it's ok. We would definitely stay here again.

I took this hotel to drop my son off at Alfred State College as all of the very few hotels in the area were booked up. First of all I thought the hotel was smoke free like the other Microtel I been to. We ended up having a smoking room in which smelled terrible. The only thing that the hotel could do is provide me with Fabreeze. My wife and daughter sat on one bed and it collapse. Upon coming back to the hotel during the evening at the entrance there were men drinking beer with cans on the floor. What a way to walk into the place. These guys were one of the many construction workers staying at the hotel. I was to come back to this hotel on parents weekend but now I am canceling my reservations here.
