I took this hotel to drop my son off at Alfred State College as all of the very few hotels in the area were booked up. First of all I thought the hotel was smoke free like the other Microtel I been to. We ended up having a smoking room in which smelled terrible. The only thing that the hotel could do is provide me with Fabreeze. My wife and daughter sat on one bed and it collapse. Upon coming back to the hotel during the evening at the entrance there were men drinking beer with cans on the floor. What a way to walk into the place. These guys were one of the many construction workers staying at the hotel. I was to come back to this hotel on parents weekend but now I am canceling my reservations here.

Nice hotel. Clean and rooms were spacious. Did not feel boxed in.
Good location in Wellsville. Best place to stay in this small own.

Filthy and shabby rooms, ricks of smoke even in non-smoking rooms. The stench is awful; the accommodations in the room are terrible.

Was traveling with my daughter for a college tour, stayed for two nights. Foyer smelled like antiseptic, hallway was a little shabby. First night there were bags of trash filled with Corona cardboard boxes, second night someone's muddy boots were in the hall all night. Led me to believe that perhaps they rent rooms for extended stay guests? Also entire hallway smelled very smoky. We ended up with a handicapped room as we checked in late that night and it was beautiful and clean, didn't smell, very comfortable. Heater was a little noisy but manageable. Thankfully the hallway was not indicative of the room we had.
