5 of us stayed for 1 night in 2 rooms in October 2007
After 40 years of travelling the world this hotel must be the worst value I have come across
The staff obviously do not enjoy their jobs
The rooms were dirty and you could hear everything going on in the next rooms
The food was very poor and the service very poor - the staff just pushed our 1st dish aside and left them there when they served our main course!
This is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination
Venezuela has so much to offer and this hotel is not representative at all - do not accept that you should not expect much from this country - we had excellent experiences at all other places we stayed in
