We chose this hotel because of the amenities it offered for such a reasonable price! It has an indoor pool and exercise equipment, and offers a continental breakfast daily. Staff was courteous and attentive, and the rooms were clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors.

Due to a snowstorm we had to stop in Watertown because I 81 was closed to Syracuse.From the moment we walked through the front doors we were greeted by smiling ,pleasant front desk receptionists.Once checked in we were told that there was free soup in the dining area.Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast.As we were getting up from our table the waiter went and got us a bag with water,fruit and granola bars for our trip.We were so impressed with this hotel that will we will make a point of staying there again.

We stayed at this hotel for NYE and NYs and have nothing else to say but fantastic. Walking distance to everything. We were upgraded to their Jucuzzi suite oh wow for the price well worth it .

We stayed here for one night but could have stated for a week. Everything was very pleasant from the minute we checked in to the minute we left. Lots of free parking, clean lobby and very lean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our children enjoyed the pool very much. The temperature was just right. The hotel was quiet and our room was well set up. We had a King Suite.the room had a small kitchenette, a microwave, and fridge. The best part of our stay was Jerry, the employee working the buffet breakfast. He prepared a wonderful goodie bag for us for our trip home. The buffet was great. Lots of fresh fruit, cereal, pancakes, etc and . the room where breakfast was served was very clean.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in an instant. There are lots of hotels in this area but don't waste your time going to any of the other ones. This one is perfect.
