The hotel has a very good and quiet location almost at the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Grand Bay. Recently fully renovated.
Rooms are well equipped. The "privilege" rooms are large and comfortable. The other rooms are relatively large.
The staff are very friendly and helpful with a lot of humour.
A lot of varied activities during day- and eveningtime.
The restaurants in the hotel serve very good food suitable for all.

Spent the day: pools are very nice, clean and inviting. Lunch was a la carte and barely worth paying for - returned to fish dishes and the club sandwich was nothing to scream home about ... coffees were average. Had pancakes for afternoon tea, didn't touch mine, kids ate theirs because the were hungry, my husband ate his also but regretted having done so ...

Staff were friendly but need more training...

Great location, nice pool but will not be going back there again any time soon.

My family spent seven days from 16-23 December and what a wonderful stay. All the negative reviews were pure lies and I really changed the hotel. The only true reflection was the dinner which mainly catered fr the European market otherwise all was perfect and we will visit again

This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,from the accomodation to the food and the service,including that of the general manager,everything was well below average.
