We had one very nice night at the Peach Grove Inn. We were in the Hearth Room which was the kitchen when the house was built in 1850. The arm for the cauldron and the bread oven were still there. The dumb waiter was turned into a TV cabinet. The owner said 90% of the house was original. Great time, effort and expense were put into the house. Breakfast was served at 9 am. When we arrived in the dining room it was set with lovely antique dishes and each place had a cooked pink grapefruit waiting. There were 3 courses and each one was delicious. There were two other couples present and were had a nice time talking.
John, the innkeeper was very pleasant and helpful. He recommended a nice restaurant, provided us with directions and a coupon for the outlets.
Both my husband and I found the bed very comfortable. We also enjoyed the whirlpool tub and using the fireplace in our room.
