I booked through Priceline ($94 INCL. taxes & fees) on a Friday night, and was very pleasantly surprised for a 2.5 star.

The hotel itself is recently renovated, 2 storeys, off a fairly busy road, VERY close to Eastview Mall.

We were not given the typical 'Priceline' room. I called the day before check-in to request an Non-Smoking King room, and was confirmed with no issue.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very warmly and all staff we encountered were VERY pleasant. The room itself was fine, very clean, good water pressure, comfortable enough bed, no noise from adjacent rooms or street noise.

Free WIFI and wonderful free breakfast (baked goods, pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt, orange juice, etc).

Will definitely return on next trip. Can't go wrong.

Have stayed here on several occasions. Free breakfast and very close to shopping mall (great) and lovely dinner options including Bonefish Grill. Lots of shopping nearby and within driving distance of outlet mall. Lovely walking along the Erie Canal which is close by.
Great shopping in nearby Henrietta as well. Great location. Rooms are very nice. We don't use any of the facilities -- too busy shopping.

My family of four, with two young children stayed here while shopping for the weekend. Great morning breakfast, hotel is very clean and very accessible, just off the I-90 and the 490. Great pool with an oversized hot tub that can probably fit 10 people comfortably. Would recommend.

Another Gem found on my teams travels!! We were back in Lyons for a Basketball Tournament Oct 15/16 2011. The staff were wonderful, property is extremely clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and there was an ample choice for the team (their favourite was the pancake maker!)..The night desk clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating to our team and parents on the last night we were there. We were allowed to use the dining room upon return from our last game about 9:30pm to order pizza for the boys and allow the parents to relax instead of heading off to a restaurant late at night..We promised to leave the room as we found it and we did!! He even provided a late check out for us...Every staff member we encountered was knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. My only issue has to do with addressing for the hotel (((TRIP ADVISOR PLEASE UPDATE THEM)) if you have gps you may get lost so here is the correct address 7502 Main Street Fishers, Victor NY 14564 or remember when you exit the highway and make your right turn it is the Holiday Inn just after the turn on the right hand side.
