We have stayed at this hotel many times and been happy most of the time. This time was just exceptional service. We were waiting outside the pool before it opened and one of the employees saw us there and went and got a key and let us in five minutes early! Awesome!! Then, she actually asked if it was my birthday (which is was) because she remembered my kids coming down to make me a breakfast in the breakfast area. Unbelievable!! To top things off, the Manager came in (clearly happy and well-liked by staff) and came over and talked to us while we were eating breakfast. Just unbelievable service that makes this hotel (which is great anyway) even better. You can't beat the location (just off the highway & loads of restaurants and shopping), the price and the food/parking/room. This is just such a good hotel, I can't say enough about it.

This was a typical Homewood suites hotel. It is a little hard to find as it is in the back of an industrial park but it is a very convenient location on the highway.
The rooms are nice and spacious and offer a small kitchen which is convenient for a longer stay. The breakfast is complimentary and offers hot and cold options. Don't expect too much as the hot options were usually not good at all, for example the industrial tasting powdered scrambled eggs. The cold options were pretty good with yogurts, cereals and even some fruits. Overall a very basic but sufficient fare.
Although we enjoyed our visit very much, the housekeeping was not great. They apparently do not change the sheets on a regular basis and had to be asked several times to do so.
The front desk and reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return here if in the area again.

Nice hotel. We checked in after midnight and it is a little difficult finding the hotel. Be on the lookout for an unlit sign to make your turn off the main road to the hotel. When I booked the room I asked specifically for a room away from the elevator because of noise our last stay and our room was next to it. The night clerk was able to get us another room. There were some minor issues with missing items in the room we moved to and again the clerk corrected them. Room was spacious and the hotel is immediately adjacent to the interstate for easy access. Breakfast was so-so the first morning and much better the next.
