We stayed on the second night of a short three-day road trip through upstate NY. This place was spotless, stem to stern. Comfy beds, large-sized rooms, great cable selection and the morning hot breakfast was top-notch. Wireless worked well. Normally I don't care about the lobbies, but this place had a nice cozy area with a fire place and TV. Nice touch. Location was pretty good (about a mile away from the big mall.)

Love this place!!! Clean! Spacious! Nice decor! Wonderful room! Love that hotel lobby! The staff are the sweet topping! Always accomodating, friendly, and tolerate my grumpy morning moments! It's how they role! (Just 4 u Patrick) Customer service and satisfaction come with sincerity...a real top priority! Thanks gang! Justin, Elizabeth, Patrick, Jennifer, Michael, Linda, Steven...and all the excellent housekeepers! My favorite place in the Rochester area. Can't imagine anyone would not find it to be true. A very BIG YES to staying here!

We visit family nearby and always stay here. We think it the best value. It's the best price for a 3 star motel in the area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good though not great.

I booked this hotel for two reasons: first being great reviews on TripAdvisor, second being a proximity to the location of my business meetings. Great choice. Although I am not a biggest fan of Best Western Hotels this one felt so different and so much better than the rest of the chain I saw. Rooms are large, very clean and very comfortable. People working in this hotel are very pleasant. Hotel offers basic warm breakfast sufficient to kick start your day. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Although it is very unlikely I will be returning to Victor very soon, if I do, this is the hotel I will be staying in again.
