Newer hotel, stayed in a 2QB suite w/ Sofa. Overall property is new so that's a plus. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Unfortunately the beds seemed a bit lumply and linens weren't of the best quality. Sofa bed mattress was already really worn for such a new property. Towels were OK, semi fluffy. The HVAC unit had a huge draft so once it went off it got really cold really fast. TV seemed a bit small compared to the room size. I think it was a 32". Room included a small fridge and wet bar.

Free bfast had a decent selection of eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal. Oatmeal was all dried out when I looked at it.

Parking lot is still under construction due to the hotel next door yet to open. Overall OK, but wish the bedroom was more comfortable. I also thought it was fairly expensive for Binghamton.

We stayed at this hotel on December 2011 on our way to upstate NY. What a plesant expereince. The staff was happy and helpful. We stayed in a king suite which was roomy and nicely decorated. It was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the fresh baked cookies were a treat in the afternoon. We would highly recommend this hotel. We wil stay here when our travels take us North again.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling to Cooperstown, N.Y. The hotel was very nice, newer. The rooms were clean and nice decor. Staff was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast okay. We would definitely go back to this hotel if in the area.

We had a perfect experience at this hotel. It is fairly new (and the rooms still seemed very new), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. They even have fresh baked cookies in the evenings (though I'm told this is on Mondays through Thursdays only).
