It is right off the I-90. It is very easy to stay in and then go back to the highway.
Price is reasonable too and room was good with all the mentioned amenities.

“Nice, inexpensive place now”
Whatever the condition in the past, the Super 8 in Utica is just fine now. Located right off the turnpike and on the main drag of North Genesee Ave. Clean, with nice extras like small fridge and microwave. Quality free soap & shampoo. Also "continental breakfast" of cereal, OJ, and store-bought donuts and bagels. We tried it because it was the least expensive and were very satisfied.

Cleaning wise place was great and price was worth too.
For the future it is right place to take a chance.
Room Tip: Rooms on the south side's are quiter.

“It's not as bad as other reviewers would lead you to think”

I saw no roaches; bed was comfortable; water pressure was strong. Room was clean; had wifi. 'Fridge and microwave worked well. Not enough outlets in any of these motels but clerk on duty when I arrived showed up at my room with a 6-plug outlet. So very helpful. Stayed here for 4 days while visiting my daughter in the hospital and had no trouble at all. Oh, one problem...the hair dryer didn't work and I didn't bring mine so the clerk opened the empty room next door and I used that one. I would stay here again if I'm in the Utica area.
