“Nice hotel but services are not that great. Not recommended.”
stayed this hotel many times as no choice due to corporate hotel. If given a choice I would recommend not to come. Firstly, not near to any food or restaurant.
Secondly, when there is a sport event at the stadium behind, there is no parking for a guest.
Thirdly, laundry service provider is not professional. Avoid by all means of dry cleaning and many occasion laundry left at reception or valet, u have to pick it up yourself. This is ridiculous. Mistake in laundry charges are very often. Remember to check your laundry bills thoroughly. The hotel front office don't checks all the laundry charges calculated by their laundry service provider. Enter blindly into system. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Curious how the auditor pass the checks on laundry bill charges on guest.
Fourthly, whenever an official complaint launched with Marriott, the hotel management sent a secretary to reply. So called the executive assistant. Very unprofessional reply and think of if, is easy hired a secretary to reply complaint and manager enjoying good salary. Don't know what is the hotel manager real role or responsibilities. I want this easy job!!!
Fifthly, management is not serious to look into guest problem. If you want to talk with manager you have to confine their working hours. As a professional, how the world I can meet up with them during 9am -5pm. This shows they are not simcere and serious to look into the guest problem.
Sixthly, if you are promised for point rewards due to inconvenience caused , be very sure they do it and note down the personnel that promised you. I have experienced it takes more than 4 weeks to process and excuse it is a mis communication.
Lastly, I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn a better options and better location.
