Good location being right on Niagara Falls Blvd, rooms were pretty clean and well equipped. On my reservation I had requested a ground floor room as my husband has problems with stairs. However upon arrival we were told there were no ground floor rooms available and they put us on the 2nd floor. I was not happy about it and told them and lo and behold they suddenly had a ground floor room for us. I would return if i was passing through and needed to stay for only one night.

Me, my husband, and our young daughter stayed here as we were passing through Buffalo. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful when we checked in. As for the room, there was a damp odour to the room when you first walked in that you sort of got used to after a few minutes. Overall, the room was clean, but there were definitely spots in the room that looked like it needed an update, like some of the caulking in the bathroom, and some rust spots, etc. The breakfast was fine, there was some bagels, pastries, and coffee. The air conditioning unit I found to be very loud, especially when trying to sleep. Overall, it was a decent hotel but I would probably wouldn't stay again and try another hotel out.

Stayed after leaving our reserved hotel because it was so sketchy. Clean room, good location, totally acceptable for what it is. Fe,t bad for the octogenarian who was working the front desk so late at night when we arrived.

Well the hotel is not a 4 star but it was ok. The room was a little on the smell side but not over powering. The room is clean other than that. The bed was comfy . The bathroom is old but clean. The hotel it self was quiet and to our surprise the place looked fully booked.
The Breakfast is from 7-9 only. Not a minute over. There is cereal, bread and bagels so don't expect a big breakfast. The Staff was very friendly. We wanted to know the best way to get to Seneca casino and they were very helpful. Check in and out were fast with not problems at all.
Good hotel if you are there for 1 night and trying to reduce expense so you can spend somewhere else!!
