they offer big, clean rooms. the staff are not that polite, but the hotel deserves 5 star overall for this price. you can go to the Niagara Falls in less than an hour.

This was a nightmare. I booked online and went to the motel around 2.00 a.m. with my family including my 6-months old. Because of the time we arrived and the baby, the manager tried to rip us off by bumping the on-line price by 30%. My confirmed reservation says $65/night and he wanted $80/night saying he does not have rooms left! I had to call the police; we didn't know where to go. Police was helpless too since it was a civil dispute, but they directed us to the nearby Holiday Inn, who called several hotels for us and got us MicroTel for $320 for two nights, which would have been $130.00. The manager, then, had charged $80.00 on my credit card without my authorization. If you select this motel keep in mind they do not honor on-line confirmed reservations. They get something on the fax and that's it--no online reservations!

Staff and Manager is really friendly of this motel. I will recomend this motel.
