This place was a good value. It was easy to find, on a main road, close to the freeway, with lots of restaurants/stores nearby. The woman running the front desk was nice. Our room was clean. It included cable TV, a microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Free parking and A/C was provided. The only negatives, and they weren't a big deal: 1.) Free breakfast wasn't available until 9AM, but it didn't look like it was going to be much anyway 2.) No coffee pot in room 3.) No fan in bathroom. You could open the bathroom window, but there was no screen in the window and it faced a neighboring occupied parking lot. 4.) I had to unplug and move a clock radio between the 2 beds so I could use my CPAP machine. 5.) There were only enough towels for 2 people, so we had to ask for more. 6.) Inadequate lighting in room. 7.) There was only enough soap/shampoo in the room for 1 person.

This place is VERY dark and ghetto!! and when we entered the washroom, ALL we saw was BUGS on the floor!! YUCK! We were so scared and want to leave the room!! Didnt sleep well at all and afraid to use the washroom! not a great place to stay, just make u ichy and scared!!

Only stayed here 1 night. It wasn't bad for a low key night. Not to far away from downtown area of Buffalo. The room looked dingy and old. The service wasn't that great but what do you expect for the price. Not a bad place to stay but don't have high expectations.

Stay there for business, got multiple bed bug bites on right arm. Still itch after a week!
