When i visit this courtyard i always have a great experince. I visited this hotel recently dec 22-23 for a short visit during the holiday season with my bf. When i first arrived everything was in order and i was asked if i wanted a room on the second floor, its like i had a choice of where my room was. The hotel was also nicely decorated for christmas. The rooms are really nice and has a good amount of space, there is also a nice flat screen tv a big king bed and a couch that opens up to a bed.That night we went to the bistro which always has good tasting food, they have a nice varitey of food there. I also like the idea how they have a sundrie when you can buy chips, drinks, wine, chocolate, etc. We also had a great experince that night, the hotel was sorta loud that night down our hallway and it died down quickly but then around 1am we heard people outside our window in the parking lot talking loud so i called the front desk and they quickly took care of the problem, in a matter of seconds the noise stoped. I was very impressed. The next night we had asked for extra towels and never got them so we went downstairs and asked the front desk i am guessing it was the manager we spoke to we told him we never got the towels and he apologized and called them right away to bring them to our room. He said if we did not get them in 10 min to call him and let him know, when we were going back to our room we noticed the guy was bringing the towels to the wrong room and he apologized and thought he heard a different number room. Then that night when we went downstairs we were given free cookies. They also have free internet which most hotels charge for. It was nice, the stay was very nice, always clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub and the staff is always friendly. I will conutine to come back here as much as i can, this place is a must to stay at.
