Stayed 2 weekend nights . Unfriendly staff at the front desk . would not move an extra inch to offer help, like you are really annoying them. Was very surprised that no refrigerator in the room, available upon request ( in 4 star hotel?) when asked for plates ( only plates) was told that delivery charge will be added ( to what? to plates?) Stayed MLK weekend

Everything was right, from service to quality to cleanliness. This will be our #1 choice for staying in the area in the future

Went to the sheraton for the new years weekend, made it a long weekend there. When we arrived everything was in order and i had been upgraded to the club lounge which is on the 6th floor were you are able to get special extra's during your stay such as free drinks, breakfest, etc. It was very nice, rooms are very spacious, up to date, nice flat screen on the wall. Big work desk with chair, coffe maker, tea, water (yes u pay for it) ice bucket, no fridge which i was surprised about. Bed was a king bed which was very comfy, sheets were clean. Bathroom is nice and big with interesting doors there not your typical bathroom doors. Shower is a nice size, pretty big. Overall stay was good, didn't have any problems with noise or rude staff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restraunt was over priced but that's typical since it's in a hotel, what do you expect? Food was good, we had a waitress who wasn't very helpful with food selection or wine selection when we asked her her response was "i dont know" so we we just said ok. So she did ask someone about the wine and brought me over a taste and it was good but i think she should of been more helpful or more knowlegable about what they have. It was nice though besides that. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub they have, there is also a pretty decent sized work out room next door to the pool we didnt use it but looked in. The hotel itself was nicely decoracated, i also notice they have ball rooms on the other side to hold parties. I would stay here again when i visit tarrytown, staff was great, stay was great, never had a bad experince with anything, everything was met to my needs.

We stayed here in early December for one night on our way south from Massachusetts. We are SPG Gold so we were upgraded to the club floor for the night. We had complimentary appetizers and soft drinks in the evening, then a light breakfast in the morning.
The room was comfortable, BUT...it had a slight mildew problem....
The staff is friendly and accomodating and the location is good just before the Tappan Zee Bridge. We would stay again if we needed.
