Due to long term business commitments in the Syracuse, NY area, I needed a place to stay on an extended basis. I was responsible for the cost of my housing and I searched for a motel brand I could trust and feel comfortable with. Red Roof Inn consistently presents clean, comfortable, secure accommodations at a great price. The Syracuse location was no exception.

As I have stayed at this location extensively during the past year, I have had the opportunity to stay in different rooms throughout the motel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping is efficient and most importantly, trustworthy.

The staff, from the manager, desk clerks, housekeeping, and maintenance are all friendly polite and professional. I have never encountered any unpleasant exchanges with any of the staff. I have experienced very minor issues while staying here such as my room was not cleaned one day. The management immediately apologized, offered to correct the issue and issued a credit to my account.

The location is very convenient and is situated just off the NY Thruway and close to Route 81. If you are highly sensitive, and I do emphasize highly sensitive, to noise you might notice some road noise or truck activity. For me, it is barely a blip of background noise.

Overall, the facility and the staff are top notch. My thanks to Cam, Jamie, Sharon, Tina, Gloria and all the staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
