The rooms are very, very small. For the amount of time I spent in the room, it was OK. The Hotel was clean, very colorful and not depressing. The continental breakfast and the surroundings were fine. I noticed that they had an attendant around taking care of the breakfast area all the time, which i found very important and helpful.
The parking area is very small, which could be an issue, when the Hotel is busy.
I would recommend this Hotel, as long as the rate was moderate.

The hotel is run by friendly people. The rooms are ok, though on the smallish side.
The location is convenient for attending events or conducting business in the area

We were on Long Island for a memorial service, and this hotel was convenient to all the places we needed to be. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, but I think that's fairly typical for the area. There was a good continental breakfast, and the staff provided good tips about local restaurants for lunch and supper. (Try Village Heroes next door for an amazing lunch!) I had read a lot of reviews, and was concerned about the parking, but we had no trouble finding a spot in the hotel lot or on the street right outside. And quite honestly, we didn't think the neighborhood was all that bad . . . we walked to the local diner on Saturday night, and felt perfectly safe. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again if we needed a hotel on Long Island.

The hotel was conveniently located for a family gathering nearby. The staff was efficient and the room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast bar was stocked continually with a good variety of food and beverages. Nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either.
