We stayed with our young children and had a wonderful time at the B & B and Letchworth State Park. The B & B experience was a delight. The owner went out of his way to make our stay an enjoyable experience. After reading the reviews on trip advisor I must disagree with the one individual from PA. I found the B & B to be charming, the furnishings comfortable, and the food exceptional. I would suggest that travelers read the 40+ reviews for the Little Bit of Heaven B & B at http://www.bedandbreakfast.com/new-york-silver-springs-littlebitofheavennearletchworthstatepark.html or www.littlebitofheaven.net to get a real impression of the facility and the service provided by the owner.

The low price and proximity to Letchworth State Park make this a good choice if you're just looking for a convenient place to spend the night. However, I wouldn't choose this for a romantic getaway, as it isn't up to the standards of most B&Bs I've stayed in. The rooms are bit out of date aesthetically speaking, and you can hear other guests talking in their rooms or in the hall. The owner is nice, but the food was just okay. Also, the town has practically nothing in it. There appears to be just one real restaurant (not very good) and no downtown area.

Very impressed with this B&B. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good-size. Snacks in room. Owner friendly and informative. Breakfast DELICIOUS and plentiful. Great value.

We stayed in here while visiting Letchworth State Park, in Castile for some "fin in the snow". It was good to come back to a nice woarm home. The food was great, even though there was too much-but we enjoyed it.

There are 4 rooms, 3 upstairs and one downstairs. I liked the little touches, snacks in the room for the afternoon pick-me-up, a great collection of DVDs/VCRs, etc.
