Stayed here for four nights earlier this month and initially reserved a porch suite for extra space. When I arrived I experienced extreme professionalism at the front desk. The first sign of trouble was when I saw the room, the porch had a small box heater to keep it warm. With it being winter and still offering the porch suites they should have larger heaters to make it worth the money. I walked down to the front desk and inquired if a parlor suite was available. I told the front desk I purposely reserved the porch suite for the space and I was not impressed by the lack of heat in the porch. I was charged extra for the parlor suite, it was worth it though. The room reminded me of the 50's with style. The room was great, along with the staff! The only improvement needed was the heating in the Porch Suites, if they offer these rooms during the winter have the appropriate heat.
