The service at the Saratoga Hilton was fabulous. The desk person was very courtesy and informative. When I needed non-feather pillows they were sent up quickly. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The free wi-fi was speedy and reached all areas of the hotel.

The guest room had some great features too. The beds were super-comfortable and there was a large HD TV (although we didn't use it). The room lacked amenities one would expect for this price, though, such as a mini-fridge or even a garbage can (the only one was in the bathroom).

The bathroom was tragic. It was so tiny that the door would nearly hit the toilet as it was closing. The sink felt like it was made out of cheap materials. The bathtub faucet would run when the shower was on, with no way of turning it off, leaving me showering in a couple of inches of water. The water pressure was quite minimal as well. There was no fan in the bathroom which resulted in a room full of steam and a fogged-up mirror.

The Saratoga Hilton is a nice hotel, but for the price I would expect more, especially in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saratoga Hilton during opening day at the racetrack. This was our first trip to Saratoga and the staff was wonderful. They shared much information about the track and betting there. The concierge was able to obtain prime seating tickets at the grandstand at the last minute ( expect to pay extra of course). We loved Saratoga and the Hilton.

This is a great hotel to stay in, right on Main street. You can't go wrong with this hotel.. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is free parking and you can walk to everything in town that you may want to see. The rooms are clean and relatively newly designed. The beds are comfortable. They allow dogs in certain sections of the hotel. There is a nice indoor pool and fitness room. Whenever we book this hotel, we usually get a great rate ( **with the exception of racing season) always around $99 a night or $129 a night with breakfast.

Very clean, large rooms, and many comforts. We were there in the winter so the rate was reasonable and the parking was FREE! (not true in the spring/summer months) If you are in Saratoga for the night life, it is very close to the heart of it all. You can easily walk to your downtown destinations. We had a KIng room. Very nice amenities including comfy bed and pillows. The towels were plush! Nice front desk, although I didn't have to deal with them too much. Would definitely stay here again!
