A little tricky to access but no big deal. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, free wifi, plenty parking, close to restaurants. They have a nightly happy hour which was billed as nachos, crudites and nibbles when we were there but the nachos were just tortilla chips! They did have mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets and soup as well as beer and wine so can't really complain since it was free. We were making an overnight stop on our way home from Quebec so location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel over New Years 2009. We had booked a large suite in advance, which was ready and waiting for us when we checked in very late (like 2AM) with no problems.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept, The free breakfast is about par for these sort of places. The location is interesting (albeit abit noisy) as the hotel sits at the corner of the Interstate and a State Hwy.

The only issue we have had at this hotel (we have stayed here several times) was that those of us that got into te hot tub got some sort of chemical burn or rash that took several days to go away.

I will probably stay here again but will definately avoid the hottub.

If you crave comfort rather than atmosphere, this is your place. Roomy, fairly new, excellent beds. We had a 2BR, and it provided a lot of usable space for everyone. Beds were just the kind you would hope for, after a long day of driving. Front desk was helpful in check-in and in providing recommendations and directions for restaurants and various attractions. Breakfast was fresh and pretty tasty.

Look, it's a Residence Inn; you won't be singing its praises for ambiance or charm. But it is a great place to land if you are staying in Saratoga Springs and don't care about "quaint" when you're really looking for "comfortable".

Stayed here overnight on the way to Montreal. The hotel seems to be brand new. Everything was very clean. Had a one bedroom suite with kitchen. Didn't need the kitchen but was nice to have just incase. Hotel Shuttle was great for getting downtown for the nightlife.

Breakfast was excellent as always at Residence Inn.

We will most definetly be staying here again next time were in town.
