I wasn't sure what to expect given all the negative reviews this place seemed to have gotten, but all I can say is this: if you're looking for the Hilton, then go stay at the Hilton. If you're looking for a great little roadside motel that's a stone's throw from downtown, then stay at Community Court. There's no pool. There's no spa. There's no room service. You don't come here expecting 5-star cuisine or diamond-studded light fixtures. What you DO get? Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a cute little breakfast (dry cereal, coffee, fruit & muffins), GREAT hot showers, and there's a little memorial park behind the motel that's great for a morning or evening stroll. Most importantly, you get an excellent night's sleep (or, if you're a night owl hanging out at the bars within walking distance of the motel, you'll get a great day's sleep.) This place isn't dirty - it's old, sure, but it's certainly not dirty at all. Our room had a mini fridge, which was unexpected and welcome (I've stayed at stupidly high end hotels that don't give you those). The front desk staff were able to tell us how to get around town without getting us lost, and helped us with anything else we needed. And there were NO BEDBUGS. Long and short, I greatly enjoyed my stay and will gladly stay there again when I return to the area.

Had a wonderful stay in August. The reviews about Bed Bugs are totally FALSE. I am guessing these were disgruntled patrons who lost their money at the track and tried to swindle a refund. The place is simple yet clean and the location in regards to the track and local dining is wonderful.

Location is within walking distance of both racetrack and most of Saratoga's nightlife and better restaurants-I've been staying here for better than a decade--two or three visits annually and have never had the first problem. Virtually the same staff all these years-in fact most know me by name!

Every morning fresh coffee and a Continental Breakfast-one of the very last bargains you will ever find in Saratoga!!

I stayed at this hotel with friends for the horse races in Saratoga Springs this weekend; we occupied two rooms in the hotel for Friday and Saturday night. On Sunday morning two of us(one from each room) woke up with tons of bits all over us. After doing our research about the bites, we realized that they had to be from bed bugs. We looked at the mattresses and beds and saw the telltale "bed bug droppings" that we had read about to look for.

The hotel refused to admit that it was bed bugs and would not call the exterminator...so we called the police and the health department.

I wish that we had read the review below that had said that they had bed bugs before we stayed here.
