My Husband and I have stayed at the Community Court Motel over the last 10 years or so. Kevin the owner seems to no longer have interest in his business. We checked in after being at the track all day. The air conditioner was old and did not work. WE went out to dinner and hit bar scene -back at midnight the room was like a sauna. Larry at the desk asked me if I had plugged the A/C in - yes Larry. It does not work!!! Larry moved us to the room next door. I pulled back the blanket and found blood stain on the sheets. Then went to the other bed and pulled back blanket and found crab like bug scurrying across bed. Larry gave us our money back for one night. Kevin the owner was to call us back about our deposit and we still have yet to hear from him! DO NOT stay at this run down filthy place. Too many other places to stay in Saratoga during track season.

Spent several weeks in june at this motel and found the aviance of old tradition saratoga at its best, convient to all the amenities (saratoga race track, downtown shopping, restaurants, bars and night life ) found the motel to be neat and clean and the staff to be very helpful in all accomodating our every need , plan on a return trip end of summer, great place to stay for the money.

My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful to me. There was a frig and nice flat screen in my room.
This place was an excellent value for my money.

This motel appears very run down in the photographs but isn't too bad overall. The rooms were a decent size and had newer laminate flooring. Some rooms had a fridge and microwave but others did not.
Our trip consisted for four guys in town for golf and the horse races. For $200/night, peak season, we would stay here again. If I was bringing my wife and family, I probably would not stay here.
It is located in a very nice spot and shopping, restaurants, night life, etc. is all within walking distance.
