The rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful. I love the breakfast area. Its a very close drive to the track and walking distance to park and what I would call Restaurant and Shopping Row.

With a daughter at Skidmore College, we stay at this property at least 6 times a year and it's always near perfect. We have some special housekeeping requirements due to allergies and Nancy takes extra good care of us. Joe in the dining room and Becca at the front desk are great. The property itself is beautiful, far nicer than the full service Hilton in town. It's a 2 block walk up to Broadway, with a wide range of casual and fine dining options. Unless you need a full service restaurant (beyond the complimentary breakfast which is fine but standard pre-fab fare), I can't see any reason to stay anywhere else in Saratoga.

I have been to probably over 100 Hampton Inns and this beats them all. It is a perfect location located in the middle of this wonderful town. I am a Hilton Diamond member so I am entilted to an upgrade but that was not available because they were full. So later that night I asked them for wine glasses because I brought a bottle, they then brought me the glasses with a bottle of wine and comped my water and snacks. Way out of the way. The lobby is beautiful with 20' ceilings and a see through fireplace very nice and comfy. Rooms are really nice and the staff was just great. Park your car and you can walk every where in this great town. Make sure to hit Nine Maple for a martini or single malt scotch {over 200}. Also fun in the winter.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The welcome bag was very thoughtful (granola bar, water, and note). The pool area was also very neat and quiet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome in the lounge area. loved the huge fireplaces and tvs.
